Artwork & Content Review Policy

At Custom Cap Co, we reserve the right to review all submitted artwork, logos, text, and designs before production.

We will not produce items that, in our sole discretion, contain or promote:

• Trademarked or copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Violent, threatening, or hateful content
• Illegal activity
• Harassment or discriminatory content
• Obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material
• Content that may expose Custom Cap Co or Poor Richard's Press to legal liability

By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the rights to use the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses.

If an order is found to violate this policy after purchase, Custom Cap Co reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund prior to production.

Submission of artwork does not guarantee acceptance for production.
